Robert Galasso
I am an engineer who came up through marketing, so I build the internal AI platform Tandem Interactive runs on and I still answer for the numbers it produces. The art moving beside this came off models I trained myself.

Open the studioI was running marketing departments long before I taught myself to build software, and I still write SEO strategy in the same week I ship code.
Robert Galasso is an AI systems engineer and digital marketing director based in Boca Raton, Florida. Today that means Lead of Innovation and AI at Tandem Interactive in Fort Lauderdale, where I design and build the platform the whole agency works in.
The marketing career came first and ran about a decade. Most recently I was Marketing Director at Zomee, and before that I ran the marketing department at Equiturn across its whole client book. I was putting AI into client workflows before most agencies had a policy on it.
The engineering side started in 2023, when I taught myself the machine-learning stack to finetune models of my own; by mid 2024 I was training and generating fully locally. That work turned into Nepotism, which is the FLUX checkpoint family I still publish. Bobs Studio followed (I wanted a better tool to generate in than the ones that existed).
