Tenos.ai was meant to be the place where people building with AI image models worked together instead of in isolation - shared models and LoRAs the community contributed to, a prompting interface you could talk to in plain language, and private workspaces for projects still in progress. I formed the LLC and built the tooling and trained the company's model. The Discord bot infrastructure was mine to run, and I wrote the business plan and the pitch deck as well. I shipped continuously for a year, then dissolved the company in late 2025 when my cofounder and I split over its direction.
What's still standing
The company is gone but the work it produced is still up, so everything below can be opened and read rather than taken on my word.
- Tenos-ai GitHub Six public ComfyUI repos, covering checkpoint merging at the tensor level, conditioning tools, a vision-model node that writes an image description back into a prompt, and the generation bot itself
- Tenos v1.25 HuggingFace A 12-billion-parameter finetune of FLUX.1, trained on my own hardware and built to serve the bot rather than released as a general-purpose checkpoint
How it relates to my personal work
Nepotism is the model I'm known for and it is not a Tenos product. It lives on my personal BobsBlazed account alongside my personal ComfyUI nodes. That work started before the company existed and continued straight through it, and it's what the Studio on this site runs on.
